Future Projects

Dozier and Associates, Inc. secured commercial zoning approval from  Prince George County, Virginia to build Dozier Commercial Park located off highway 460. This property is conveniently located near I-295 and Fort Lee. This site will consist of 13 businesses that will create approximately 500 jobs. The projected businesses are a 6 story hotel and conference center, restaurants, retail stores, urgent care center, day care, family fun center, and office buildings. We are very excited to get this project started in the community where I retired and live.
